first of all we discuss about the common mistakes in Ramadan Kareem.►Drinking “Rooh Afza” on a daily basis.

►Drinking large amounts of water at iftaar time
Why: Please be care full while drinking water, don't drink too much water after drinking too much water you cant eat food which is necessary for your body (While Iftaar)
►Exercising directly after iftaar.
Why: the body’s blood flow is concentrated around the stomach at that time.
►Consuming foods with high amounts of sodium
Why: Sodium triggers thirst through out the fasting hours of the day
