Common Mistakes and Dieting in Ramadan Kareem:

first of all we discuss about the common mistakes in Ramadan Kareem.

Drinking “Rooh Afza” on a daily basis.

Why: It contains high amounts of sugar, additives and colorants.
you can drink it but twice in a week.

Drinking large amounts of water at iftaar time

Why: Please be care full while drinking water, don't drink too much water after drinking too much water you cant eat food which is necessary for your body (While Iftaar)

Exercising directly after iftaar.

Why: the body’s blood flow is concentrated around the stomach at that time.


Consuming foods with high amounts of sodium

Why: Sodium triggers thirst through out the fasting hours of the day

Diet Plan and Exercises in Ramadan Kareem amd How you can lose weight during Roza?

After "Asar Prayer" or 2 hours before the Aftaar you must go to walk for 45 minute. 100% result

Use Bananas because, A banana at Sahar time can control your thirst level through out the day.
Best sources of potassium for Sahar time

1.bananas
2.milk
3.dates
4.avocados
5.dried peaches
6.pistachios
7.pumpkin
